So sick of all the TV commercials for all the new drugs that have come to market.
Thoughts from the angry old man. So sick of all the TV commercials for all the new drugs that have come to market. Where do they get those silly names? I know I am a hypochondriac but damn I do have many of the side effects listed for all those drugs.
Zepbound day 76. Day 14 post Zeppy.
Zepbound day 76. Day 14 post Zeppy. Added 1.3 lbs since last shot 3 weeks ago. Looks like I'm on my own now. My last three doses are in the fridge. Discussed with my medical provider, (Betty) and decided to go cold turkey. Although I have resumed having food cravings and my appetite is back, I have a good diet strategy to go it alone. Lean BBQ chicken, sliced turkey, tomatoes, a few rice cakes, and about 6 cups of decaf, a few strawberries and a peach.....that's it, everyday. Nothing else. As long as I can stick to this menu, Zeppy will stay in the fridge. If I falter and start to binge I will just have to deal with the itchies. I will not gain back the weight I lost and will continue to lose until I reach my goal.
